Senior System Architect (RF/mmW)

What you will do

• Lead system-level architecture exploration and definition for semiconductor IC products covering RF/mmW, analog, and digital functions.
• Conduct system analysis, gather requirements, and develop specifications that translate product needs into technical solutions.
• Perform feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and risk assessments for RF system architectures.
• Collaborate with design and V&V teams on the integration and validation of system components, including system-level test plans and strategies.
• Act as a technical interface with customers, translating their needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Improve system engineering methodologies and contribute to patent disclosures, technical publications, and wireless technology standardization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Communication Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product definition and system engineering for wireline and/or RF/mmW wireless communication IC products.
• Strong programming and modeling expertise in C, C++, MATLAB, and Python.
• Solid experience specifying digital or analog communication systems, assessing performance, and conducting trade-off analyses.
• Ability to contribute individually while working closely with colleagues from diverse cultures and geographies.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation capabilities.
