What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Finance, Integrations, and Account Development teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Conduct market research on target brands to tailor sales approaches and maximize conversion.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Polish and business fluency in English (C1+).
- Over 3 years of experience in commercial roles within SaaS, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in German.
