Salary: 10 180–12 725 PLN gross per month (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for high-potential and strategic restaurant and retail partners, from prospecting to closing.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and categories to accelerate growth.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure strong forecasting accuracy and data-driven decisions.
- Negotiate partnership terms with key stakeholders to secure long-term, profitable collaborations.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Mx Services, Account Management, Marketing) to support smooth onboarding and partner success.
- Use data insights to refine acquisition strategies and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in food delivery, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Track record of closing high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans and execute effectively.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Based in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Sopot.
