What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound activities, primarily cold calling.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Book high-quality meetings for sales executives to build a consistent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the Hubspot CRM.
  • Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to refine outreach approaches and improve sales processes.
  • Build deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B sales, customer service, or telemarketing roles.
  • Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Resilient and positive mindset with a drive to succeed in a sales career.
  • Ability to adapt communication style based on the customer and situation.
