What you will do

• Lead the Italian Key Account team to acquire new accounts and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and execute tailor-made key account strategies and influencer maps for the Italian market.
• Manage the full sales process for key accounts, including tenders, proposals, and quotations.
• Identify market needs and business opportunities within the commercial kitchen equipment sector to develop innovation strategies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in Global Chain accounts.
• Coordinate internal functions (engineering, product management, service) to meet customer expectations and performance objectives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management.
• Degree in Engineering, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven access to Key Account buying centers and decision-makers.
• Ability to travel extensively (80% or more).
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and economic drivers in the commercial kitchen market.
