Salary: $301,540 – $393,690 annually

What you will do

• Direct financial operations, including strategy, FP&A, reporting, cash flow analysis, and treasury.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and materials for the board and investors.
• Control the corporate finance strategy and capital structure to effectively fund growth objectives.
• Lead the company through audits, including managing external resources and PCAOB requirements.
• Partner with the CEO to establish the foundation for a successful transition to a public company.
• Collaborate with the People team to design the finance department structure and hire key positions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a senior financial executive (VP/C-level) in a public company.
• Hands-on knowledge of public market offerings and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Proven success in scaling businesses and building finance programs to support growth.
• Experience with external auditors, compliance, and regulatory oversight.
• Must be based in the San Francisco office.
• Exceptional Excel and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a finance team through an IPO, including SEC filings (10K, 10Q).
• SOX readiness, gap assessment, and key controls implementation.
• Management consulting experience.
• Private company or startup experience.
• MBA degree.
