What you will do

• Lead the fundraising process utilizing established investor contacts.
• Develop financial products and a payment platform to facilitate online user transactions.
• Direct all budgeting, forecasting, and cash management functions for the organization.
• Lead FP&A and consolidation across domestic and international properties.
• Refine and report on business KPIs and create executive/Board-level financial presentations.
• Build a best-in-class strategic FP&A function, including team and systems development.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proven startup experience is mandatory.
• Extensive fundraising experience and an absolute must-have network of investor contacts.
• 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience, including consolidation and financial valuation models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of network platforms and network effects.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Knowledge of crypto raises, including STO and ICO processes.
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP.
• Interest in fintech and payment processing.
