What you will do

• Lead product and concept development for R&D projects, managing interdisciplinary teams of up to 20 employees.
• Develop and implement R&D and SPS digitalization policies aligned with corporate strategy for European sites.
• Determine strategic annual plans and monitor project budgets to ensure organisational objectives are met.
• Analyze market opportunities and scientific trends to translate them into improved products and procedures.
• Oversee HR activities including appointment, professional development, and performance assessments.
• Maintain a safe working environment by implementing and monitoring Health & Safety standards.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• Technical expertise in gas upgrading, thermodynamics, chemical engineering, and process engineering.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing internal and external research teams.
• Proficiency in English.
