What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned countries, managing full end-to-end payroll and statutory filing requirements.
• Ensure full data integrity, quality, and perform payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Implement and improve internal processes to increase productivity and speed.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists and provide backup for regional managers.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing, either in-house or within a payroll service provider.
• Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and proficiency in Excel / Google Suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a largely asynchronous, international environment.
