Location: Headquarters in Weißenhorn, Germany, with remote work available across Germany; proximity to the Weißenhorn core team is preferred.

What you will do

• Support and drive global Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including variable remuneration systems.
• Help design and implement incentive models aligned with corporate goals.
• Optimize global C&B processes and tools while ensuring compliance with international legal standards.
• Conduct salary benchmarks and studies to develop market-driven salary bands and recommendations.
• Lead or participate in regional and global C&B projects and advise internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual bonus and salary review cycles and further develop the global benefits portfolio.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a bachelor’s degree with extensive professional exhirify.globalence.
• 7–10 years of professional HR exhirify.globalence, including strong Compensation & Benefits expertise in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of remuneration instruments, grading structures, and operational HR processes.
• Exhirify.globalence collaborating with works councils and a solid foundation in German labor law.
• Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in HR IT systems, such as SuccessFactors.
• Business-fluent German and English at B2–C1 level required.
