TL;DR

Location: Remote within Germany, with a preference for proximity to the headquarters in Weißenhorn.

What you will do

  • Support and drive global C&B initiatives with a focus on variable remuneration systems.
  • Design and implement incentive models aligned with corporate goals.
  • Conduct salary benchmarks and market studies to define strategic salary bands.
  • Manage annual bonus and salary review cycles in cooperation with HR Controlling.
  • Serve as a high-level advisor for HR Business Partners and management.
  • Enhance global C&B processes and tools while ensuring international compliance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or Economics (or Bachelor’s with extensive exhirify.globalence).
  • 7–10 years of professional HR exhirify.globalence with a strong track record in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven exhirify.globalence in collaborating with works councils and solid foundation in German labor law.
  • High proficiency in HR IT systems (e.g., Successfactors) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Business fluent in German and English (B2-C1 level).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
