What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive risk-based audit plan covering iGaming regulatory compliance, AML, and data protection laws.
• Lead audit strategy across finance, operations, and IT, designing risk assessment frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Conduct regulatory audits and prepare detailed reports with risk-rated recommendations for stakeholders.
• Report findings and monitor corrective actions through the Audit Committee, executive management, and Boards.
• Coordinate audit-related documentation and evidence for regulator queries and submissions across jurisdictions.
• Foster a culture of integrity and continuous improvement by staying ahead of emerging iGaming risks.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in internal or external audit and risk management.
• Demonstrated exposure to the iGaming or tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CA/CPA or Certified Internal Auditor.
• Deep knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and auditing standards (e.g., IIA).
• Must be based in the Melbourne office.

• Hands-on experience with AML, data protection legislation, and multi-jurisdictional licensing in iGaming.
