What you will do

• Own and deliver the end-to-end KYC program, includhirify.global regulatory commitments and remediation activities.
• Lead governance and controls to ensure risks and issues are effectively identified and resolved.
• Oversee KYC analytics and performance reporthirify.global to support executive decision-makhirify.global.
• Drive continuous improvement across AML systems, processes, and customer due diligence practices.
• Represent the KYC function at senior committees and governance forums.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to improve performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney
• Strong AML/CTF and governance experience within Financial Services.
• Proven experience leadhirify.global large, high-performhirify.global teams in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional programs.
