What you will do

• Oversee fraud and dispute investigations to ensure accurate and timely case resolution.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and service standards to identify improvement areas.
• Manage operational risk by identifyhirify.global control gaps and ensurhirify.global regulatory compliance.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support continuous improvement across Fraud Operations.
• Collaborate with internal and offshore stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
