What you will do

• Review and respond to transportation quote requests for TL, LTL, and auto transportation.
• Prepare accurate pricing using established guidelines, tariffs, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with agents, customers, and internal teams to identify and clarify service solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or account coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship available).
