What you will do

  • Carry an individual sales quota focused on ARR and meet targets for new business signings.
  • Deliver compelling, needs-based online demos tailored to specific client challenges.
  • Proactively manage and follow up with prospects to maximize the lead-to-signup ratio.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities and outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market blockers and improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management and accurate documentation within Salesforce.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a focus on active listening.
  • Competitive, driven, and passionate mindset.
  • Must be based in Australia
