What you will do
- Carry an individual sales quota focused on ARR and meet targets for new business signings.
- Deliver compelling, needs-based online demos tailored to specific client challenges.
- Proactively manage and follow up with prospects to maximize the lead-to-signup ratio.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities and outcomes in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market blockers and improve the sales process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong proficiency in pipeline management and accurate documentation within Salesforce.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a focus on active listening.
- Competitive, driven, and passionate mindset.
- Must be based in Australia
