What you will do

• Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies for B2B cargo and LTL.
• Acquire and onboard franchise partners, including transporters, communities, and aggregators.
• Design and manage partner commercial models focusing on wholesale and commission structures.
• Identify and remove pricing and non-pricing blockers to drive franchise growth.
• Manage partner performance, incentives, and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure readiness for franchise rollouts.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B logistics, cargo, trucking, or freight.
• Hands-on exposure to partner, franchise, or agent network expansion.
• Strong understanding of wholesale vs commission pricing.
• Experience working with transporters, aggregators, or B2B shippers.
• Proficiency in commercial negotiation and partner margin management.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Bandung, Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Experience in freight aggregators or logistics tech platforms.
• Exposure to LTL cargo operations.
• Experience scaling community-based partners.
• Familiarity with manufacturing supply chains.
• Regional or multi-city expansion experience.
