What you will do

• Develop multi-agent frameworks and tools for spec-driven development and context-aware code generation.
• Design and deploy agentic flows to automate complex engineering tasks, such as root cause analysis and triage workflows.
• Create specialized AI agents for perception debugging to accelerate troubleshooting of driving behaviors.
• Build data pipelines and evaluation strategies to deploy state-of-the-art LLMs into production.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand workflows and drive the adoption of DevAI tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Mountain View or San Francisco, CA).
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying multi-agent frameworks and agentic AI systems.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Deep understanding of modern Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).
• Proficiency in architecting and delivering complex, large-scale software systems.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related AI/ML technical field.
• Experience developing AI-powered tools specifically for software engineering.
• Deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning and advanced AI architectures.
