What you will do

• Facilitate the use of modern AI code-assist tools to augment customer support workflows.
• Enhance customer support tools and processes with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities.
• Perform LLM testing, search optimization, and prompt engineering.
• Lead meetings with other Applications Engineers to solicit feedback and facilitate sharing of AI-enhanced support workflows.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or MS with 6+ years.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like C, Python, or Javascript.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex manual processes and design AI-enhanced workflows.
• Must be based onsite in San Jose, CA, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, and BigQuery analytics management.
• Experience with networking protocols and high-end networking chips.
