What you will do

• Drive technical strategy and the architectural roadmap for Agentic infrastructure, orchestration layers, and memory architectures.
• Design and deploy scalable multi-modal AI agents capable of autonomous support and real-time voice reasoning.
• Act as a technical anchor, mentoring senior peers and defining standards for an AI-native SDLC.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Applied Research leadership to align technical execution with business strategy.
• Research and implement emerging agent frameworks, LLM inference optimization, and safety guardrails.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of technical leadership (Staff or Principal level).
• Strong foundations in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure.
• Experience with LLM platforms, inference optimization, and fine-tuning strategies.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AWS/Google Agent ecosystems.
• Expertise in advanced retrieval systems and memory architectures.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build 0→1 AI products from the ground up.
