TL;DR

Location: Remote (US) or Chattanooga, TN

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 base (OTE $150,000–$200,000)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and scoring models.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, including HubSpot/Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and sequencing tools.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel to track, analyze, and optimize meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Create integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data in sync.
  • Rapidly evaluate and adopt emerging AI and GTM tooling to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or a technically heavy RevOps role.
  • Proven track record of building outbound systems, enrichment pipelines, and lead scoring from scratch.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, and Zapier/Make.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on funnel metrics like reply rates, conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also manages a B2B or API sales motion.
