What you will do

• Build and scale funnel architecture across acquisition, activation, product engagement, and revenue.
• Integrate product telemetry, CRM systems, and enrichment tools into a unified customer activity view.
• Define and evolve MQL/PQL, account scoring, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows.
• Develop analytics frameworks and dashboards to uncover bottlenecks and drive data-driven decisions.
• Implement AI-powered automations to improve GTM systems and surface actionable insights.
• Establish operational rigor around lead routing, BDR SLAs, and funnel health visibility.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, or Product Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a track record of turning data into actionable business results.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Demandbase, or Hightouch.
• Experience building complex workflows, automations, or AI-powered systems.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
