What you will do

• Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of People systems, focusing on HRIS health and data accuracy.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to streamline People Operations workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Manage compensation structures, including benchmarking, audits, and performance cycle readiness.
• Build and maintain recurring audits for employee and contractor data to ensure compliance and system integrity.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Recruiting to support reliable operational workflows and clean data handoffs.
• Produce reporting and analyses for People leadership regarding headcount, compensation, and workforce data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compensation, or HRIS.
• Strong hands-on experience with HR system configuration, data mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in complex Excel or Google Sheets models.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI to improve operational velocity and employee experience.
• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work in the country.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern HRIS tools such as Rippling or Lattice.
• Experience supporting contractor onboarding and offboarding workflows.
