What you will do
- Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of People systems, focusing on HRIS health and data accuracy.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to streamline People Operations workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Manage compensation structures, including benchmarking, audits, and performance cycle readiness.
- Build and maintain recurring audits for employee and contractor data to ensure compliance and system integrity.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Recruiting to support reliable operational workflows and clean data handoffs.
- Produce reporting and analyses for People leadership regarding headcount, compensation, and workforce data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Compensation, or HRIS.
- Strong hands-on experience with HR system configuration, data mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in complex Excel or Google Sheets models.
- Experience or strong interest in applying AI to improve operational velocity and employee experience.
- Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work in the country.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern HRIS tools such as Rippling or Lattice.
- Experience supporting contractor onboarding and offboarding workflows.
