TL;DR

Client Success Specialist (Logistics): Acting as a liaison between hirify.global Brokerage and its agent network to drive adoption and maximize transportation and brokerage solutions with an accent on relationship management and onboarding. Focus on educating agents on brokerage capabilities, optimizing operational workflows, and improving service utilization.

Location: Fenton, MO, USA. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; employment sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents utilizing brokerage and transportation solutions.
  • Educate agents on brokerage capabilities, pricing programs, and self-service tools to drive adoption.
  • Partner with agents to align transportation solutions with their specific business objectives.
  • Support the onboarding and implementation of new agents and technology solutions.
  • Coordinate between agents and internal teams (Pricing, Ops, Tech) to ensure issue resolution.
  • Monitor agent engagement and performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or 3PL operations.
  • Working knowledge of truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Full work authorization in the USA is required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Fenton, MO.

Nice to have

  • Experience onboarding customers or partners to new services or operational programs.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting sales, account management, or business development activities.
  • Ability to utilize reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
