What you will do

• Plan transportation movements including shuttles, IBTs, outbound orders, and bulk/mini-bulk movements.
• Execute freight tendering, mode selection, load optimization, and dispatch planning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and carriers to meet customer requirements and arrange pick-up dates.
• Manage freight lane audits, resolve freight claims, and approve freight bills for payment.
• Provide recommendations for transportation equipment and process improvements using TMS.
• Maintain customer-specific data within the TMS to improve cost and service.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Transportation, Purchasing, or Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and SAPTM systems.
• Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
