What you will do

• Support transactional and operational HR processes for the Global HR Hydropower Core Team and local HR teams worldwide.
• Coordinate Global Mobility and Expat Management for the Extended Management Team and key positions.
• Coordinate performance management (#APerformance) for Managing Directors and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with worldwide HR teams to implement global policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Support the execution of global action plans related to employee engagement and the #1hirify.globalway.
• Assist in the delivery and organization of global training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in HR, ideally within multinational companies.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Availability for travel.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
• Experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Hydropower sectors.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
