What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation in strict compliance with Austrian labour law.
• Coordinate payroll preparation and validation with external providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding operational HR topics.
• Ensure high data quality and accuracy across all HR systems.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and administrative templates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations within Austria.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Hands-on experience with the employee lifecycle and payroll coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a small local setup.
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
