hirify.global is a fast-growing European HR Tech startup that automates compliance and duty of care for business travel, workations, and international assignments.

What you will do

  • Convert complex legal requirements regarding tax, social security, and labor law into structured logic and system-ready workflows.
  • Research international compliance regulations and independently solve complex regulatory challenges.
  • Create and document standardized, compliant workflows to support the Operations team.
  • Conduct compliance deep dives with clients during Sales, After-Sales, and Customer Success phases.
  • Scale the platform solution by balancing bulletproof compliance accuracy with automation and pragmatism.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or Corporate Compliance.
  • Hands-on exposure to global assignments from a policy, compliance, analytics, or process perspective.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Strong research skills and an ownership mindset to solve problems independently.
  • Ability to approach compliance through the lens of scalability and platform automation.
  • Highly structured working style suitable for a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
