What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all facets of construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Prepare detailed project scopes, line-item estimates, and proposal packages for client negotiations.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, RFI logs, and submittal tracking to ensure timely completion.
• Support business development by identifying new prospects and contributing to technical and pricing proposals.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ guidelines and local requirements, including OSHA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the industrial or commercial construction industry (industrial preferred).
• Proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural construction for new builds, alterations, and maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods, as well as building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (highly desired).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (employer participates in E-Verify).
