What you will do
- Manage day-to-day account health and execute long-term growth strategies for a Tier 2 book of business.
- Conduct on-site client visits 2-3 days per week to foster relationships and deepen understanding of client needs.
- Drive strategic expansion of the product suite using structured discovery and the Challenger methodology.
- Lead renewal and expansion negotiations, including pricing discussions and closing motions.
- Align Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and Support teams around client priorities.
- Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, synthesize stakeholder needs, and generate actionable insights from Salesforce data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Consultative Sales within SaaS, marketplace, or logistics environments.
- Must be based in the USA with reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Proven track record of owning retention and expansion revenue.
- Strong executive communication skills and advanced CRM discipline (Salesforce).
- Experience working within education, government, or regulated markets.
- Familiarity with Challenger or similar insight-led sales methodologies.
