Salary: $85,000–$90,000 base, OTE $130,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day account health and execute long-term growth strategies for a Tier 2 book of business.
  • Conduct on-site client visits 2-3 days per week to foster relationships and deepen understanding of client needs.
  • Drive strategic expansion of the product suite using structured discovery and the Challenger methodology.
  • Lead renewal and expansion negotiations, including pricing discussions and closing motions.
  • Align Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and Support teams around client priorities.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, synthesize stakeholder needs, and generate actionable insights from Salesforce data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Consultative Sales within SaaS, marketplace, or logistics environments.
  • Must be based in the USA with reliable transportation for regional travel.
  • Proven track record of owning retention and expansion revenue.
  • Strong executive communication skills and advanced CRM discipline (Salesforce).
  • Experience working within education, government, or regulated markets.
  • Familiarity with Challenger or similar insight-led sales methodologies.
