What you will do
- Design and deliver multimedia training content, including videos and practical guides, to simplify complex technical information.
- Lead live and virtual training sessions on Salesforce CRM, sales engagement tools, and new system functionalities.
- Analyze tool adoption and monitor performance gaps to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Product Management to ensure enablement activities align with the scope and scale of initiatives.
- Act as the critical bridge between technical teams and GTM stakeholders, translating complex features into clear content.
- Manage multiple enablement projects from ideation to completion using Jira.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Technical Training.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong) and AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM).
- Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools like Jira.
- Exposure to data analysis platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience working within the Hospitality or Retail industries.
- Proficiency in French.
