What you will do

• Design and deliver multimedia training content, including videos and practical guides, to simplify complex technical information.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions on Salesforce CRM, sales engagement tools, and new system functionalities.
• Analyze tool adoption and monitor performance gaps to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with Product Management to ensure enablement activities align with the scope and scale of initiatives.
• Act as the critical bridge between technical teams and GTM stakeholders, translating complex features into clear content.
• Manage multiple enablement projects from ideation to completion using Jira.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Technical Training.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency with sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong) and AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM).
• Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools like Jira.
• Exposure to data analysis platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience working within the Hospitality or Retail industries.
• Proficiency in French.
