What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex marketing initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Translate high-level ideas into actionable project plans with defined scope, timelines, owners, and dependencies.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Legal, and regional teams to drive successful execution.
  • Drive accountability and remove blockers using project management tools like Jira and Monday.com.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders up to the Senior Director and VP level.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in project management, program management, or marketing operations.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale marketing campaigns or product launches.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or payments environments is considered an asset.
