What you will do

  • Coordinate educational content and develop onboarding and training programs for the sales team.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to synchronize enablement strategies.
  • Use performance data to identify skill gaps and maintain sales enablement software for the organization.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to develop and share competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to create customer journey maps and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Support the creation of sales playbooks, value propositions, and value calculators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in content marketing, sales enablement, sales ops, or sales development.
  • Proven track record of building learning materials and coaching customer-facing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and balance it with user-provided feedback.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal and external partners.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and business growth KPIs.
  • Knowledge of buyer and customer journey mapping.
  • Previous experience within the mining or technology industries.
