What you will do

• Identify and resolve the highest-impact product problems across bolt.new independently.
• Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from initial diagnosis to final shipping.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to make critical system-level decisions.
• Maintain a coherent, unified product experience rather than a collection of features.
• Elevate the quality of product thinking and standards across the entire team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product experience, specifically in roles with high scope and ambiguity.
• Technical comfort and ability to discuss tradeoffs with engineers regarding developer tools and AI.
• Exceptional written communication skills, as context is managed through documentation.
• A high bar for quality and a user-centric approach to finding and fixing product gaps.
• English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
