TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Building a new platform at the intersection of AI, containers, and developer experience with an accent on secure execution environments and agent-to-tool connectivity. Focus on defining the product strategy for agentic workflows and ensuring scalable, secure infrastructure for autonomous agents.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship provided)

Salary: $300,000 – $340,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for hirify.global's AI & Agent Platform.
• Build a 0-to-1 platform from the ground up, writing first specs and prototyping with engineering.
• Design how the agentic ecosystem fits together, including secure execution, tool connectivity, and governance.
• Ensure an intuitive developer experience across CLI, IDE, and CI pipelines.
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical architecture and tradeoff decisions.
• Engage directly with developers and enterprises to bring the customer voice into every product decision.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep technical fluency in containers, VM runtimes, LLMs, and AI agent connectivity.
• Proven ability to ship 0-to-1 products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong product sense and UX instincts for API design and CLI ergonomics.
• Authorized to work in the US (hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this role).
• Ability to set multi-year visions while executing on short-term technical specs.

Nice to have

• Experience building products in the containers, cloud-native, or DevOps space.
• Experience with AI/ML developer tooling or the agentic AI ecosystem.
• Contributions to open source projects.
• Experience scaling a business from zero to significant ARR.
