Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; listed locations are San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA. hirify.global is remote-first, with offices in Seattle and Paris for connection and collaboration.

Salary: $280,000–$300,000 annually plus equity in the United States.

hirify.global builds developer tools and infrastructure including hirify.global Desktop, hirify.global Hub, hirify.global Scout, and sandboxed environments for secure software development and AI agent workflows.

What you will do

• Own the Sandbox product area, including its long-term vision, roadmap, revenue, delivery, operation, and results.
• Shape product definition, feature prioritization, scope, and quarterly OKRs with design, engineering, research, and other cross-functional partners.
• Engage deeply with developers, customers, and partners to understand pain points and create easy-to-adopt products.
• Lead iterative product development by forming hypotheses, measuring impact, learning from releases, and refining roadmap plans.
• Drive the long-term direction of the product and contribute to ARR growth.
• Build deep knowledge of hirify.global’s developers and customers and provide clarity on how the team contributes to company and business-unit objectives.

Requirements

• Experience working with developers and technical knowledge of developer tools, including familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of the software supply chain and how AI agents are safely orchestrated and deployed with sandboxes.
• Experience creating and deploying AI agents at scale and handling the associated challenges and pain points.
• Comfort interacting with a command-line interface.
• Experience building B2B or SaaS products, or a background in public cloud.
• Experience working with software supply chain and/or software security tools.
• Ability to break complex technical problems into small, releasable, user-valued features and explain complex ideas simply.
• Effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and distributed cross-functional teams.
• Experience running products at different maturity stages, from legacy to greenfield; ability to operate as both a doer and strategist.
