Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Base salary: 37,000–46,000 PLN gross per month, subject to taxes and deductions. Additional compensation may include equity and, for most sales roles, sales incentive pay.

What you will do

• Set the strategy for how tasks remain connected and synchronized as plans change, including dependencies, durations, milestones, and approval workflows.
• Drive multi-month initiatives end to end, from problem definition through launch, coordinating delivery across multiple teams and influencing other teams' roadmaps.
• Define focused MVPs and prioritize rigorously while making decisions with incomplete information.
• Facilitate alignment across teams whose product surfaces include the Task Pane, Board, Timeline, Gantt, and Project Overview.
• Engage with customers, particularly large and enterprise organizations, to guide product strategy and understand how they configure and scale Asana.
• Mentor product managers and help improve product craft across the team.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of Product Management experience with a track record of driving end-user features rather than purely internal or platform-only work.
• Experience shipping multi-month, end-to-end initiatives requiring close coordination across multiple teams, including initiatives placing deliverables on other teams' roadmaps.
• Experience owning the full arc of initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Understanding of how complex, interdependent work is planned and scheduled in large organizations, including shifting timelines, dependency chains, and team-specific approval processes.
• Ability to shape product decisions around complex work-management needs rather than only building controls to manage them.
• Systems-thinking skills, including reasoning about how platform changes affect adjacent and dependent surfaces while maintaining focus on the individual user experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, including aligning multiple teams around difficult decisions and maintaining execution when consensus is hard to reach.
• Growth mindset, willingness to seek and reflect on feedback, and active mentoring of others.
