What you will do

  • Provide operational support for time management, benefits, pensions, insurances, and garnishments.
  • Optimize country-specific HR processes and handle process deviations to ensure operational excellence.
  • Own the change order process, including requirement gathering, pricing, and implementation.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, Detailed Work Instructions (DWIs), and other process documentation.
  • Train junior and medior team members on global and local standards and operating models.
  • Handle complex HR service cases and act as a first escalation point for operating teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise BPO environment.
  • Hands-on experience with time tracking, benefits, garnishments, pensions, and insurances.
  • Experience in employee lifecycle management and HR compliance.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships for multinational organizations.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.
  • Familiarity with SLAs and KPI measurement and reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll.
  • Knowledge of Call Centre technology or HR analytics and automation tools.
  • Experience with benefits solutions such as Worksmile or Benify.
  • PHR or CIPD certification.
