What you will do
- Provide operational support for time management, benefits, pensions, insurances, and garnishments.
- Optimize country-specific HR processes and handle process deviations to ensure operational excellence.
- Own the change order process, including requirement gathering, pricing, and implementation.
- Maintain and update SOPs, Detailed Work Instructions (DWIs), and other process documentation.
- Train junior and medior team members on global and local standards and operating models.
- Handle complex HR service cases and act as a first escalation point for operating teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise BPO environment.
- Hands-on experience with time tracking, benefits, garnishments, pensions, and insurances.
- Experience in employee lifecycle management and HR compliance.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships for multinational organizations.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.
- Familiarity with SLAs and KPI measurement and reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll.
- Knowledge of Call Centre technology or HR analytics and automation tools.
- Experience with benefits solutions such as Worksmile or Benify.
- PHR or CIPD certification.
