What you will do

  • Hunt for new Sword Mind opportunities across consultants, brokers, and direct employer relationships.
  • Build and execute a repeatable sales playbook for mental health solutions.
  • Generate significant pipeline for the current year and beyond.
  • Partner with existing sales and consultant relations teams to expand platform adoption.
  • Engage senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Procurement to address workforce wellbeing needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, broker briefings, and strategic partner discussions.

Requirements

  • Must have legal right to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Proven hunter mentality with experience creating new pipeline and opening doors.
  • Experience selling into self-insured employers, consultants, or health plans within behavioral health or digital health.
  • Strong understanding of the mental health vendor landscape and employer evaluation criteria.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into value stories.
  • Ability to operate within an existing sales organization without creating channel conflict.
