What you will do

  • Achieve annual sales quotas and negotiate complex Enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build market share within the healthcare industry.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-level and VP-level executives.
  • Coordinate sales activities to ensure solutions leverage hirify.global CXone Mpower's strengths.
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and technological opportunities.
  • Monitor and develop purchasing agreements between the company and customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software portfolio sales in a hunter-type role.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience selling AI Software Solutions.
  • Must reside within the US East Coast.
  • Deep understanding of AI technology and its practical applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage customer escalations and build high-trust relationships.
