What you will do
- Foster new relationships through target account selling and navigate senior decision-makers in top-tier accounts.
- Lead strategic conversations regarding Talent/Work Transformation needs for renowned global brands.
- Initiate, negotiate, and secure new large enterprise and mid-size customer contracts.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Solutions Consulting, and Senior Leadership to create custom value propositions.
- Act as the voice of large customers, providing critical feedback to product, success, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS and data solutions sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals with TCV between $500k and $3m.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise HR tech landscape (ATS, HCM, and CRM platforms).
- Experience collaborating with Enterprise Systems providers (e.g., SAP, Workday) and Systems Integrators.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
