What you will do

  • Foster new relationships through target account selling and navigate senior decision-makers in top-tier accounts.
  • Lead strategic conversations regarding Talent/Work Transformation needs for renowned global brands.
  • Initiate, negotiate, and secure new large enterprise and mid-size customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Solutions Consulting, and Senior Leadership to create custom value propositions.
  • Act as the voice of large customers, providing critical feedback to product, success, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS and data solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with TCV between $500k and $3m.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise HR tech landscape (ATS, HCM, and CRM platforms).
  • Experience collaborating with Enterprise Systems providers (e.g., SAP, Workday) and Systems Integrators.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.

  • Passion for coaching and developing junior sales professionals.
