TL;DR

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or remote within the United States

Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Create and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers using value-selling techniques
  • Align with executives on business challenges and secure sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify expansion opportunities
  • Manage account tiers and implement retention strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and drive deals forward
  • Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
  • Experience closing sales in software or SaaS with enterprise customers (5000+ employees)
  • Proven track record meeting pipeline generation targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles of 6 months or longer
  • Strong sales methodology focused on creating customer value
  • English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to technical audiences at strategic levels
  • Ability to adapt in changing environments
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
