Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Create and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers using value-selling techniques
- Align with executives on business challenges and secure sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
- Develop strategic account plans and identify expansion opportunities
- Manage account tiers and implement retention strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and drive deals forward
- Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- Experience closing sales in software or SaaS with enterprise customers (5000+ employees)
- Proven track record meeting pipeline generation targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles of 6 months or longer
- Strong sales methodology focused on creating customer value
- English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English)

- Experience selling to technical audiences at strategic levels
- Ability to adapt in changing environments
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
