What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations professionals.
- Oversee the operational effectiveness of the full sales funnel, from lead to signature.
- Build, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to support various sales motions.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out and operationalize a standardized sales methodology.
- Drive funnel performance by improving rep efficiency, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales & Marketing and Sales & Post-Sales.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS scale-up.
- 3+ years managing and developing high-performing RevOps teams.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes.
- Experience implementing and embedding a sales methodology.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce and related RevOps tech stack.
