TL;DR

Human Resources Advisory Partner (HR): Developing and executing HR solutions for functional units with an accent on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office in Waltham, Massachusetts, US)

Salary: $84,200 – $125,800 annually

What you will do

  • Act as an internal HR consultant to functional units to address critical organizational issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and HR practice adoption.
  • Create and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities to drive functional success.
  • Coach and guide people managers on talent management and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to achieve effective business outcomes.
  • Propose and implement innovative HR initiatives that add value to the organization.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR with deep knowledge of employee relations and organizational development.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to offer credible HR insights to various business units.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for ad hoc reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for data-driven storytelling.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Waltham, MA for the hybrid requirement (2-3 days in-office).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
