What you will do
- Identify and engage key industry players such as AI Builders, Data Vendors, Compute Networks, and Web3 ecosystems to build a robust partnership pipeline.
- Lead intricate negotiations and contract discussions to ensure mutually advantageous terms aligned with strategic objectives.
- Draft and finalize partnership agreements, meticulously addressing critical terms and conditions.
- Manage the full deal outcome, collaborating cross-functionally to see a deal through from signing to technical integration.
- Analyze external data points to help the leadership team develop a cohesive strategy across Partnerships, Product, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development within Data Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, or IT.
- Working knowledge of Web3 business models and interest in the intersection of AI and Blockchains.
- Ability to understand complex technical models, architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Proven track record of constructing creative business relationships that deviate from standard templates.
- Ability to travel 20% or more of the time, often internationally.
