Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of Senior Care products.
• Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights, data, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
• Translate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF) into actionable product direction.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to shape solutions and deliver outcomes through the full development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Mississauga for hybrid roles.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and regulatory instruments like MDS or LTCF.
• Proven track record of revitalizing or modernizing legacy products.
• Strong outcome-oriented mindset with a bias toward product impact.
