Location: Remote or Hybrid (Mississauga, Canada); periodic travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City is required
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of Senior Care products.
- Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights, data, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
- Translate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF) into actionable product direction.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to shape solutions and deliver outcomes through the full development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to Mississauga for hybrid roles.
Nice to have
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and regulatory instruments like MDS or LTCF.
- Proven track record of revitalizing or modernizing legacy products.
- Strong outcome-oriented mindset with a bias toward product impact.
