TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do

  • Own the Engagement roadmap, including the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence.
  • Define and track key engagement KPIs such as MAU, AI satisfaction, and medication adherence.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to identify friction points and understand patient behavior.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use.
  • Partner with the AI team to develop patient-facing AI experiences, including entry points and custom widgets.
  • Measure the success of launched features and implement data-driven solutions for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong experience crafting consumer applications focused on engagement, retention, and habitual use.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
