TL;DR
Account Executive (Fintech): Managing the full sales cycle for Mid-Market deals with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on driving net new opportunity development through high-volume cold calling and strategic account tiering.
Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (requires 5 days a week in-office for the first 90 days)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD OTE

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Mid-Market deals.
- Execute high outbound activity, including 55+ cold calls per day.
- Deliver compelling online demos to potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Account Management team to ensure smooth onboarding and account growth.
- Maintain a clean pipeline using a tech stack including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of B2B Sales Representative or SDR/BDR experience.
- Expertise with outbound prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work from the Chicago office 5 days a week for the first 90 days.
