What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers utilizing Workspace ONE and Horizon.
- Align solutions with business objectives to ensure successful adoption and optimization.
- Provide proactive guidance on architecture, deployment, and best practices for EUC components.
- Conduct regular account reviews, health checks, and roadmap sessions to ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic & English (both written and spoken).
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
- 3+ years of experience in End-User Computing (MDM, virtual desktops, identity management, and security).
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the Middle East, and occasionally to Europe and USA.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE (UEM, Access, Intelligence) and Horizon (VDI, DaaS).
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Administrator for Horizon (OCA-H) and Workspace ONE (OCA-W).
