Location: Remote, Europe (Preference for candidates based in France, Denmark, Poland, Germany, or the Netherlands)

What you will do
- Partner with Sales during pre-sales to design technical solutions and solve complex workflow challenges.
- Guide Enterprise customers through successful implementations by translating business needs into scalable workflows.
- Act as a long-term technical partner to help customers optimize their setup and solve complex technical issues.
- Lead customer conversations and technical discovery calls to identify risks and provide clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different regions, markets, and systems.
Requirements
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS and navigating multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Proficiency in discussing APIs, integrations, cloud environments, and system architecture.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and commercial teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide customers and challenge their thinking.
- Must be based in Europe.
