What you will do

• Provide proactive technical leadership and support to strategic customers.
• Manage support interactions and serve as an internal advocate for client needs.
• Direct crisis and incident response in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review system status, performance, and upcoming releases.
• Deliver executive presentations outlining system performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive strategies to meet complex customer requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client services, sales engineering, or senior IT operations roles.
• Strong technical foundation in Linux, SMTP, and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Proven history of leading technical staff through crisis situations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at senior levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
