What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of technical account managers to ensure successful service execution.
- Define and implement strategic service delivery models to meet evolving customer needs and business metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and external partners to break silos and drive collaboration.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure and improve team performance.
- Represent the Customer Success organization during pre-sales cycles and RFP responses.
- Act as a point of contact for critical customer situations to ensure positive representation of the brand.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- 5-8 years of experience managing customer-facing, business, or technical teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based delivery models and communications technology.
- Ability to engage effectively at Director and C-level with partners and customers.
- Must be based in Germany (Frankfurt or Munich).
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
